avid doodler. veteran daydreamer. visual storyteller.

Morgan Richardson is a graphic illustrator and visual storyteller who loves creating characters and creatures, designing from the inside out. With the help of both writing and drawing techniques, she explores numerous concepts with childlike vigor in order to fully realize ideas the best she can. It all started with reading epic novels, discussing excitedly over superheroes, and watching cartoons, and honestly continues to this day.

While constantly leveling up her skills, she seeks to use her art as a celebration of the human imagination, being inspired by the personalities and their experiences that left an impression on her. Her art results in mainly concept design, utilizing research and the raw, erratic power of rough sketching.

She graduated from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania with a dual B.F.A. in Creative Writing and Studio Art. Later, she graduated with an M.F.A. in Illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Atlanta campus. Currently, she does various odd jobs, including teaching young creatives to explore the realms of their imagination, all while continuing her best efforts to be the artist that her childhood self always dreamed of being.
